What is the return policy for Carter Ray Designs products?

I recommend washing your items inside out with a gentle cleansing solution. In order to preserve designs, it is best to air dry your garment.

How should I care for my garment?

Some of our products ship internationally. Most custom designs do NOT ship internationally, so please look out for announcements about customization periods. If you have any questions about shipping, please email me.

What is the average turnaround time?

Each order is made and printed specifically for you, regardless of personalization and customization. Shipping times and production times will vary depending on time of year and order volume.

I make every effort to ensure (if requested) that team colors are reflected in your design. However, please keep in mind that Carter Ray Designs uses DTG (direct-to-garment) printing and other printing mechanisms, so specific colors may not reflect the exact same hue or color value.

Will all of the colors used match my team / organization?

Prior to any custom or personalized product being made, I provide detailed proofs for you to view. After approved, I send the proof into production. Therefore, if you've approved a proof I am not liable for any mistakes within the design and there are no returns or exchanges. Please make sure you fully read our design notes before giving approval.

What if I approved a proof that has a mistake in it?

All Carter Ray Designs orders are individually printed and made specifically for you. However, if there is a printing issue with your product, please contact me and we will discuss your specific situation. Please note that not all proofs are drawn to scale.

What if my product isn't exactly like my proof?

I'd be happy to send you a proof / mockup of your design; however, a design consultation must be booked first. You can book a design consultation here. During this consultation, I'll get detailed information in order to bring your vision to life.

What if I'm considering purchasing a product but would like to see a mock-up first?

Yes - typically I require 3-5 high resolution photos for any custom apparel design.

Can I use a photo that can be printed for a custom design?
